There’s power behind empowerment.

At Amount we believe in fueling our team’s passion and momentum by ensuring they’re recognized for the incredible work that they are doing both for the business and in their personal lives.

That’s why we created Womxn Wednesday: a spotlight of the brilliant womxn at Amount, meant to showcase the fervent individuals behind our daily success.

With that, meet one of Amount’s talented womxn, Carly Levick.

Introducing, Carly.

What role do you play on the Amount team?

I’m a product manager on the Account and Customer team!

What’s your favorite thing about working at Amount?

Definitely the people. I love being surrounded by other hard-working, intelligent, and caring individuals. Everyone is a team player and is willing to step up and help out.

What are you most proud of in your career thus far? Why?

I’m extremely proud of building out our COVID-19 assistance program. It was a crazy time for everyone and it was challenging but exciting to work with our bank partners to come up with ways that we could help their customers. It was critical that we gave relief to customers ASAP and it was amazing to see the volume of customers that were utilizing the relief. I felt like I was able to make a direct impact on others’ lives and make a small contribution to help reduce the COVID burden.

How do you “fill your cup”?

Spending time with family and friends, baking yummy sweets, and exercising. I love to run, play soccer and lacrosse!

What advice would you give your younger self?

Don’t worry about what others think and don’t sweat the small stuff. It’ll all work out in the end.

What womxn inspires you and why?

I feel extremely lucky to be surrounded by many inspirational women. I would say the one who inspires me the most is my mom. She taught me from a young age that I can be anything I want to be and to fight hard for what I believe in. She’s shown me how to be a strong woman, and how it’s possible to balance family, a career, and a personal life.
